What are the concealed knife carry laws in Sacramento county, California? - california concealed carry laws

Is there a maximum length of arc in Sacramento, California? What I see seems to be no fixed period. I also see that there is a maximum length of 3in May. The information I found seems very contradictory and I'm not interested in breaking the law.
